Primus Aero was founded in 2010 out of the belief that technical aircraft management can be done more cost-efficiently and to a higher quality standard by an independent provider.
Today, we are approaching 30 employees and have a young and dynamic team with an average age of 30 years. We aim to do our best in everything we do, we value open, honest and trusting relationships both inside Primus and with our customers.

"One of our aircraft was in maintenance and should be released on a Tuesday, and the Monday before was a national holiday. The Friday before the release, the representative of the MRO told me that they found a leak and needed a special hose/line which would arrive at the earliest on Wednesday. That particular aircraft, however, was chartered for ten days starting on Tuesday, and the maintenance delay endangered a rather big deal for us. Long story short, the part was delivered by PRIMUS AERO until Tuesday 9:00 and the MRO could replace it in time for the charter flight. The first thing I did was call Thomas K. He told me that he would check what he could do. Half an hour later, he called me back and confirmed that the new part would arrive at the MRO in the morning. That part was even cheaper than the quoted one from the MRO. After asking those guys at the MRO directly why they could not procure this part with the Primus price tag, they told me that Primus must have some connections that they wished to have too."

Second, there is the affiliate partnership where our partners act as sales agents based on a commission system.
We want to grow, not just in size but also in spirit, which only works with the right people. Therefore, our partners are selected as carefully as our employees.

Our full partners found their own independent companies which operate under the umbrella of the PRIMUS AERO brand. Therefore, they must possess an entrepreneurial spirit, a desire for independence, and have substantial work experience in the business aviation industry.
All applicants are vetted as thoroughly as PRIMUS AERO employees, including a multi-stage interview process and a competence assessment by our in-house compliance department.
Those who are admitted to the PRIMUS AERO Partner Network are supported by our team from day one. This includes founding a company, choosing an office location, setting up accounting, providing sales training and marketing materials.
Like our full partners, our affiliate partners are vetted carefully before being admitted to the program. However, they are not required to open their own offices. Affiliate partners are accepted based on their experience and connections in the aviation industry.
They are supplied with marketing materials and detailed company and service information through a dedicated platform to explain what we do to potential customers.
